A beard, so I believed without objecting
To his mumbles yet belied by his neglecting
As he refused to show and use his might.
The other one I had: Not words but deeds!
He worked them miracles, they just fell flat:
What boots a bunny to hop out of a hat?
Skillful Magician also spurned my needs.
Let there be more, I sure no longer care.
Reasons and rabbits match, it’s one same game.
If that’s all there’s to it, who else to blame?
Morals are our equals, to be fair.
